What to Wear   Tap Shoes

Most tappers dance in a large T-shirt and a pair of tights. This is flexible; from leggings to slacks.

 

You want to keep whatever you decide to wear to class light-weight as you will get hot tap dancing, even in the winter months.

   
   
Water Bottle
  Always bring a bottle of water along to each class. Water fountains are not always accessible. And, at times, your instructor will even let you rest and get a drink of water.
   
 

Vicki highly recommends the black-and-white soft leather spectator tap shoe, but is not required.  You can purchase shoes at

Please let them know that you are a Tap Pup, they will know how to fit you for the black & white spectator tap shoe and also give you a $10 discount for being a Tap Pup.
