The 3R Project Story

Founded and created by single mother Vicki Grubic Riordan and her son Brian Riordan, The 3R Project is focused on helping other single mothers who may not have a safe place to turn for help.  The name of this supporting organization is inspired by Vicki and the strength she had in raising her two sons while receiving no child support in order to keep her family balanced, strong and proud.  The three Riordan’s, which represents the “3R”’s in the name, has been able to flourish because of Vicki’s experience and talent as a dance instructor.  Fortunately for her two sons, Vicki was able to rely on her skills to create a small part-time dance business in 1986 to supplement her income and keep her children safe, focused and happy.
